These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website findmoreicetime.com (the "Site") operated by Find More Ice Time ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is a platform that connects hockey players, parents, coaches, and rink managers. You may use the Site to discover events, register for skating sessions and clinics, create and manage events, and connect with coaches and rinks.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Accounts are assigned one of the following roles: Fan/Parent, Coach, or Rink Manager. Coaches and Rink Managers are subject to an admin approval process before their role is activated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
Coaches and rink managers may post events on the Site. By posting an event, you represent that the event information is accurate and that you have the authority to collect registrations and, where applicable, payments.
By registering for an event, you consent to your name, email address, and phone number being shared with the event organizer (the coach or rink manager who created the event) for the purposes of managing your registration.
We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, safety, or cancellation of any event posted on the Site. Any disputes regarding an event should be resolved directly with the event organizer.
Paid events are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.
The total amount charged for a paid event includes the event price set by the organizer, a platform fee, and a payment processing fee. These fees are displayed to you before you complete your registration.
Refunds for Stripe-paid events may be issued by the event organizer through the Site. Refunds are subject to the availability of funds in the organizer's Stripe account. We do not guarantee refunds for events that are cancelled or modified by the organizer.
Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Program description: Find More Ice Time sends SMS text messages to users who provide a mobile phone number when registering for an event. Messages include event sign-up confirmations and event updates sent by the event organizer (such as time changes or cancellations).
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will receive a confirmation SMS when you register for an event. You may receive additional messages if the event organizer sends updates to all registrants.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your phone number on the Site, you consent to receive SMS messages as described above. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.
Certain features of the Site are available only to users with an active Pro subscription ("Pro Features"). Pro Features include but are not limited to: featured placement in search results, the ability to email bench players, exporting registrations to CSV, and processing payments for events. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Pro Features at any time.
By posting event listings, coach profiles, or other content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Site. You represent that you have the rights to post any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Find More Ice Time and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Site integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (hosting and authentication), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
