Find More Ice Time ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website findmoreicetime.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what security practices we have in place to protect it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
Account registration. When you create an account, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the role you select (Fan/Parent, Coach, or Rink Manager).
Event sign-ups. When you register for an event, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
Coach profiles. Coaches who create a public profile voluntarily provide biographical information, coaching and playing experience, focus areas, service areas, and contact details (email and phone). This information is displayed publicly on the Site.
Event creation. Coaches and rink managers who post events provide event details including type, date, location, cost, and contact information. This information is displayed publicly on the Site.
Payment information. When you purchase a Pro subscription or pay for an event, payment details (card number, expiration, CVV) are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment forms. We never receive or store your raw payment card data. We do store Stripe-issued identifiers (customer ID, subscription ID, checkout session ID) in order to manage your billing relationship.
Contact and support requests. When you submit a support request or contact us through the Site, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message.
Automatically collected data. When you visit the Site, standard server and browser information may be logged, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages viewed. We use Google Firebase, which may collect similar technical data as part of its hosting and authentication services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
Stripe. We use Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing. When you make a payment, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe may also receive your name and email address to associate with the transaction. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Google Firebase. Our Site is hosted on and powered by Google Firebase, which provides authentication, database, file storage, and cloud functions infrastructure. User account data and site content are stored in Firebase Firestore and Firebase Storage, both operated by Google. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Resend. We use Resend to deliver transactional and user-triggered emails (such as support responses and bench/event emails initiated by coaches). Your email address and any content included in those emails are transmitted through Resend's platform. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google reCAPTCHA. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect the Site from abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information (such as device and application data) and sends it to Google for analysis. Google's use of this data is governed by its privacy policy.
Google AdSense. We display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Coaches and rink managers. When you register for an event, your name, email, and phone number are visible to the event owner (the coach or rink manager who created the event) through their portal on the Site.
Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena).
Information is disclosed to third-party service providers electronically via secure API calls over HTTPS. No personal information is sold, rented, or traded to data brokers or advertisers directly. Disclosure to coaches and rink managers occurs within the Site's authenticated portal interface — it is not published or shared outside the Site.
We take the security of your information seriously and employ the following safeguards:
Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Event sign-up records are retained to allow coaches to manage their registrations. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at [email protected] and we will remove your information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity.
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You may update your account information by logging into the Site. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. If you opt out of personalized advertising, Google AdSense will still serve ads, but they will not be based on your browsing behavior.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
