Section 1 — Parties & Definitions

This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into between Find More Ice Time LLC ("the Platform"), its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors, and the individual registering for an event ("Participant"), or the parent/legal guardian of a minor Participant.

"Event" means any hockey clinic, camp, tournament, skating session, training, or other activity listed on or facilitated through the Find More Ice Time platform.

"Coach" means any third-party instructor, trainer, or coach who lists or facilitates an Event through the Platform and who is not an employee of Find More Ice Time LLC.

Section 2 — Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that hockey and skating activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical contact with other players, boards, ice surfaces, goal posts, and pucks
• Cuts, bruises, fractures, concussions, and other serious injury up to and including permanent disability or death
• Equipment failure or malfunction
• Risks associated with travel to and from Event locations
• Conditions of the ice surface or arena facility

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in any Event, including risks arising from the negligence of the Platform, Coaches, or other participants.

Section 3 — Release of Liability — Platform

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant (and parent/guardian if applicable) hereby releases, waives, and discharges Find More Ice Time LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

• Bodily injury, illness, or death sustained during or in connection with any Event
• Loss of or damage to personal property
• Acts or omissions of third-party Coaches or instructors not employed by Find More Ice Time LLC
• Injuries or incidents occurring during travel to or from any Event

This release applies regardless of whether such claims arise from the Platform's alleged negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Section 4 — Coach-Led Events: Dual Liability Acknowledgment

4a — Platform Limitation of Liability for Coach-Led Events: Participant acknowledges that Coaches who list Events on Find More Ice Time LLC are independent third parties and not employees or agents of the Platform. Find More Ice Time LLC does not supervise, control, certify, or warrant the qualifications, conduct, or fitness of any Coach. The Platform's liability for Coach-led Events is expressly limited to the amount of fees paid to the Platform in connection with the specific Event at issue.

4b — Coach Assumption of Responsibility: By listing an Event on Find More Ice Time LLC, each Coach agrees to assume full responsibility for the safe conduct of their Event, maintain any required certifications or insurance, indemnify and hold harmless Find More Ice Time LLC from any claims arising out of their Event, and ensure appropriate supervision of all Participants, including minors.

Section 5 — Indemnification

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Find More Ice Time LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Participant's own conduct during an Event or any breach of this Agreement.

Section 6 — Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes Find More Ice Time LLC and/or Event staff to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment on Participant's behalf if Participant is unable to do so. Participant accepts financial responsibility for any such treatment.

Section 7 — Governing Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Coach Agreement

Find More Ice Time LLC

Section 1 — Parties & Definitions

This Coach Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Find More Ice Time LLC ("the Platform") and the individual or entity registering as a coach or instructor ("Coach") on the Find More Ice Time platform.

"Event" means any hockey clinic, camp, tournament, skating session, training, or other activity listed by the Coach on the Platform.

"Participant" means any player, skater, or attendee who registers for a Coach's Event through the Platform.

Section 2 — Independent Contractor Relationship

Coach is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Find More Ice Time LLC. Coach has no authority to bind the Platform to any obligation. The Platform does not control the means or methods by which Coach conducts Events, and Coach is solely responsible for all decisions related to their Events.

Section 3 — Coach Obligations

Coach agrees to:

• Accurate Listings — Provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date descriptions of all Events, including skill level requirements, age ranges, location, schedule, pricing, and any other material details.
• Pricing Integrity — List accurate pricing for all Events. Coaches may not charge Participants fees outside of what is disclosed on the Platform.
• Event Conduct — Conduct all Events in a safe, professional, and appropriate manner consistent with the standards of the hockey community.
• Compliance with Laws — Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to working with minors, data privacy, and consumer protection.
• Participant Waivers — Ensure that all Participants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) have executed the Find More Ice Time LLC Participant Waiver prior to participation in any Event.

Section 4 — Platform Fees & Payment Processing

4a — Free Tier: Coaches on the free tier may list Events at no cost. Payment processing, if any, must be handled independently outside of the Platform. Find More Ice Time LLC assumes no responsibility for payment disputes or transactions handled outside the Platform.

4b — Pro Subscription: Coaches on a Pro subscription may utilize the Platform's integrated payment processing. Find More Ice Time LLC will collect a percentage of each transaction as a platform fee, disclosed at the time of Pro subscription enrollment. The Platform will remit Coach earnings on a schedule disclosed at enrollment, less applicable platform and processor fees.

Section 5 — Indemnification

Coach agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find More Ice Time LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Coach's Events or conduct, any inaccurate or misleading Event listing, injury or harm sustained by any Participant during a Coach-led Event, or Coach's violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

Section 6 — Platform Liability Limitation

Find More Ice Time LLC is a marketplace platform and does not participate in, supervise, or guarantee any Event. The Platform's liability to Coach for any claim arising under this Agreement is expressly limited to the fees paid by or to Coach through the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Section 7 — Suspension & Removal

Find More Ice Time LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any Coach from the Platform, with or without prior notice, for violation of this Agreement, receipt of credible complaints from Participants, conduct deemed harmful or unsafe, or posting fraudulent or misleading Event information. Upon removal, pending Events will be cancelled and affected Participants notified.

Section 8 — Intellectual Property

Coach grants Find More Ice Time LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display Coach's Event listings, photos, descriptions, and related content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Section 9 — Governing Law & Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
